“Continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection” – Mark Twain

As a digital transformation evangelist, Mukund Krishna primarily believes in applying technology to streamline business processes and problems, especially those related to customer acquisition. As the CEO and Founder of Suyati Technologies, he has made that the focus when crafting its products and services. Suyati helps clients manage their digital transformation in countries like Norway, France, Australia, Spain, UK, USA, Singapore and India.

In his 20-year career, Mukund has experience in delivering global IT solutions for various businesses, including B2B & B2C Software, Engineering Services, Automotive, Consulting and Utility industries. His areas of expertise includes technology and team leadership, revenue generation and sales, budget control, technology selection, risk mitigation, and customer delight.

He holds an MS from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a member of Swinburne University of Technology’s CSSE Course Advisory Committee, and is always on the lookout for opportunities to share his gyan on digital transformation. Mukund is an Evaluation Board Member in NASSCOM’s 10000 StartUps Kochi initiative, and is also a nominated member in NASSCOM’s National Product Council, along with being NASSCOM’s Regional Council Member.

When not spearheading new ideas at Suyati, Mukund loves to read the Economist and listen to NPR. As an avid traveler, he spends hours exploring, questioning and recording culture and geography trivia. His current read is Osho’s Krishna, but he prefers Dilbert for lulling himself to sleep. His fitness regimen? Dabble in running and weight training, especially after a night out pigging on samosa chaat and spicy Thai food.
